Senior Fitness
EVERYONE, no matter age or limitations, can benefit from daily physical exercise.  I lead this group of seniors through Gentle Seated/Standing Yoga and Pilates as well as Seated/Standing Cardio, Strength and Power training as well as movements to help increase balance and coordination, reduce fraility and help lessen the risk of falls.
